Overview

Cash Flow Frog is a cash-flow forecasting SaaS whose marketing site is a lead-generation engine: organic search traffic in, trial signups out. We built the site with Next.js powered by a self-hosted Strapi CMS.

The challenge

The marketing team needed to ship landing pages for campaigns and SEO experiments without waiting on developers - and the site had to hit green Core Web Vitals, because speed is a ranking factor for exactly the queries they compete for.

What we built

A Next.js frontend on top of self-hosted Strapi, with a block-based landing page system: marketing composes new pages from CMS components, and the site renders them statically for maximum speed. Underneath it, a full technical SEO layer - metadata, structured data, sitemaps, and clean canonical handling.

All-green PageSpeed scores across the site
Overall site speed improved by ~50%, lifting SEO and user experience on every device
